Your Role & Financial Management
During your 12 to 20 months in New York, you will be responsible for the entire operational support of your clients:
- Portfolio Management: You will handle client accounts independently, using QuickBooks for the digital documentation of checks and deposits and performing bank reconciliations.
- US Tax Law & Compliance: You will be responsible for payroll, process sales tax filings, and manage correspondence with the IRS and state institutions.
- Financial Analysis: You will prepare timely financial reports and statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) based on the specific needs of your clients.
- Digital Workflows: You will utilize state-of-the-art software tools to increase bookkeeping efficiency and ensure compliance with all US standards.
