Your Role & The City Experience
In this 12-month training program (52 weeks), you will rotate through the core areas of hotel operations at both locations:
- Front Desk Operations: You will learn professional guest management and use state-of-the-art software such as LMS for check-ins and check-outs.
- Reservations Sales: You will dive deep into booking processes, coordinate with external departments, and learn how to maintain service standards in a high-volume environment.
- Guest Relations: Acting as a brand ambassador, you will learn to communicate confidently and remain service-oriented even under pressure.
- Location Rotation: After 6 months, you will change both the team and the city. This means new processes, new guest structures, and a completely new environment—ensuring a maximum learning curve.
- Housing: Since housing is not included, you are responsible for finding your own accommodation in Chicago and NYC. However, with a monthly compensation of $2,761, you have a solid budget to finance life in both major cities.
