As part of the culinary team at Xanterra in Yellowstone National Park, you will help ensure that guests and staff across 47 different dining venues are well-fed. it is the perfect blend of professional culinary training and a true outdoor adventure.
Your Role & Life in the Park
You will work in a high-volume environment and learn how to maintain quality standards even with large numbers of guests:
- Kitchen: You will rotate through various stations, prepare meals according to recipes, and work closely with the chefs.
- Housing: You will live directly in the park in dormitories (2-4 people per room). Costs are approximately $50 per week and are deducted directly from your paycheck.
- Meals: Meals in the employee cafeteria, as well as Wi-Fi and laundry facilities, are provided on-site.
