The good news: You don’t have to wait for mail from the USA. You can simply download your DS-2019 and all other required documents in a simple black and white print from the sponsor portal (CIEE).

  • Passport: Valid for at least six months beyond your US stay.
  • DS-160 Confirmation Page: Proof of your online application.
  • Photo: Printed, following the strict US visa requirements.
  • DS-2019 Form: Your official certificate, downloaded via the CIEE portal.
  • DS-7002 (Training Plan): Your internship plan, completed by the Host Company.
  • Fee Receipts: Confirmations of your paid Visa and SEVIS fees.

  • Your Host Company (US Employer): They create the Training Plan (DS-7002) digitally. This describes your learning objectives in the USA.
