Our Roots: College Council
Our foundation was built at College Council, formerly one of the most renowned advisory and service organizations for international exchange in Germany.
During our time there, we were directly involved in processing complex visa cases and learned the intricacies of the process through daily practice. This experience taught us what truly matters: streamlined processes, dedicated points of contact, and transparent communication that leaves no room for uncertainty.
The Evolution
When College Council ceased operations, we knew that the collective expertise gained over the years should not be lost. Instead, it needed to be evolved for the modern era.
This led to the creation of VisaNerd. Built on proven foundations, we have transformed the process to be more digital, more personal, and significantly more efficient.

These partners provide the formal and legal framework for internships and traineeships in the USA and handle the issuance of the critical legal documents (DS-2019). We act as your central hub, managing all preparation, verification, and coordination.
